Looking for low 2nd div team in small league to start

Hi.

I`m looking to start at a small club outside of UK/Eire, in the equivalent of the championship, ideally somewhere fun to manage, but in a league with a small rep. I want to avoid the season having started already (like Iceland), long winter breaks (like Iceland - season lasts about 4 months I think), and it being an amateur league where players don`t have contracts (like Croatia Div 2).

Any recommendations and reasons? As you can tell, I`ve tried Iceland and Croatia so far :-)

Lausanne (Switserland)

Manisaspor (Turkey) Although this is the biggest team in the league
