Does anybody else have problems with training or am i alone?

In earlier versions of this game you could very easily spot the progress of your players by viewing that players atrribute.

When you did you saw grren and red arrows on the players attribute, letting you know at a glance what effect training and matches had. Not so for me in 09, is this taken out of the game? i have played 7 months and not a single player has any green/red arrows on their attribute page?

Sure i can see it on the training screen, but whan i dont actually see it on the attribute page i kind of not trusting it.

So is this the same for everybody or am i missing something??

You have to set them to be displayed, when your looking a player's profile there should be a 'View' drop down menu in the top right and you need to select 'Show recent attribute changes through training' or something like that. I think I'm right in saying you only need to do this once and it ll be the same on all your players profiles.

I'm at work so going from memory here but I think thats right.
