What do i need to play the game properly

So FM should arrive this week and assuming i get it to run i want to start a decent game immidiately.

What should i get to have the best experience.

I will have to unfake Germany , thats waht i know, perhaps you can shortly tell me the files to delete again.

But what about skins, graphic updates etc.

Can you give me some hints what to do before starting a game, please?

Obviously you cant, so either you are all playing the game right out of the box or this forum is really as bad as OTF says.
