As per every new FM game I have spent compiling a new shortlist of players. Not imported from 08 or anything like that, started from scratch on FM09. Problem is, the players on my shortlist dont appear 'highlighted' under normal player search but worst still - and this is the REAL issue. When other clubs make approaches for players on my shortlist ... I'm not notified!!!!!!!!! I've already lost 5 players that have signed for other clubs - I only get to know once the press conference is called!! WHY AM I NOT BEING NOTIFIED SO I CAN BID AS WELL?!!
