rightonmayne Posted November 17, 2008 Share Posted November 17, 2008 For my second Tottenham file in the demo I went out and bought Riquelme and Palombo right away and sold Jenas/Zokora, then ran a 4-1-2-1-2. Hugo Viana ($3 mil) and Paulo Feirrera ($4 mil) were two good buys in my first file as well. One other thing I noticed was that if you brought a player like Arshavin in who is Russian, has never played outside of Russia, and doesn't speak English, it's going to be a bust if you start him right away. He started off well, but by the end was on a scoring drought, was severely unhappy and was actively looking for a transfer even though I was 8th place by the time the demo ended in my first file. PS - when you post in there you'll need to be more specific, e.g. how much do you want to spend, which team are you, what position are you looking for, etc?
