HELP!! (at my wits end!)

i'm at my wits end with fm and wondered if anyone can help?? first it started launching with steam, then disappearing. than it said failed to initialize and i read that you changed your net. framework and it worked, however i changed mine to 2.0 and it keeps restarting my laptop ARGH :S sorry for asking but theres only so many sites a i can trawl through. I really hope you can tell I WANT TO GET IN THAT DUGOUT! :-)
