Problem downloading Patch

I have tried to download the Patch several times now but each time it completes I get a window coming up saying Windows has blocked the file due to an invalid digital signature. It doesn't give me the opportunity to accept and just cancels the file.

Can anybody help me?

You receive an error when trying to install the Patch - digital signature issue (Vista)

Fix:

1. Create a shortcut on the desktop to cmd.exe (if you don’t know how to see guide below)

2. Right-click on the shortcut and select Run as administrator

3. When the command window opens, type or paste the following and press ENTER:

Bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks ON

4. Reboot and then try installing the driver.

Quick Guide to Creating a shortcut:

1. Right click on an empty space on the desktop to open the context menu

2. Select New

3. Select Shortcut with a left-click

4. In the location box type cmd /k Bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks ON 5. Select Next

6. Name your shortcut and push Finish

i have followed the steps that craigy18181 suggested when trying to download the patch but every time it still seems that it does not want to work could you please help me

when u say installing the driver what do you mean

The patch... I think it's a c&p job that's been done to the FAQ but all the same it should still work

i dont understand what i am doing wrong when i set up the cmd and the install the patch am i suppose to save the changes on the cmd and if so how and do i restart the computer before installing the patch

You don't 'save' anything on command prompt, just insert the command given

i did that but it still comes up with the same thing every time i install it

its alrite its sorted now

I did everything here and it said command was successful so re-started and tried again but still got the same error.

This doesn't seem to work with XP, can anybody help?

Assuming you're on the admin account in XP you should be able to do it running command prompt normally (Start >> AP >> Accessories >> Command Prompt), if you're not on the admin account you have to right click, run as (second in the list that appears) and choose an admin account
