FM in Canada

I want to purchase FM, but was wondering if anyone knew who delivers to canada (calgary) and how long it would take to get here.

I'm sure the question has been asked, but i have been going through the threads and can't find an answer. It would take forever to go through every thread.

By the way, does anyone know why we can't download FM instead of WWSM if we wanted to?? It's a download. I don't see why it matters where we live in order to access a download.
