Crazy Transfers and Contracts?

Just finished buying and selling players for my second season in charge of Arsenal. First season won the treble and got some great bargains but i feel things have gone a little crazy and unrealistic.

Had to sell Walcott as he had one year left and was messing around with new contract offers. Rosicky + Eduardo kept getting injured and the others wanted crazy salaries etc, but after all this i'm still left with £115,321,208 and the new players are playing really well mabye it's the games way of being nice after the installing mare but i've never had it this easy on FM before. Anyone else experiencing the same?
