We aren't in the database. These are future regen players. Some of these are created at the start of the game to fill up youth teams.

It's not testing data, there's a file with names of SI staff and researchers, so they can appear as generated players in the game.

If you type faceinthegame into the search box, you'll get a list of all the players that are SI staff/researchers currently in your game.

I'm chose not to be in the game as a future regen. :D

As I use my own name when I manage, I think I would have found it slightly worrying to see two people with my name in the game considering how rare it is... at least I think I'm the only one! ;)

I never knew you could actually get it to pull up a list of all the SI staff and researchers in game. I feel I have to attempt to build up a team based solely on these players.
