I am so terrible at computers... How can I download the patch...? Do you do that from a web site...:( sorry to bother you..

ninachan. When you download it from Steam, it updates it automatically.

Download this:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3&displaylang=en

Might fix the problem.

um yeah it just crushes really! Whenever I exit the game it says on the screen:

the problem has been detected and windows have been shut down to prevent damage to your computer and it says underneath that BAD_POOL_CALLER and it also says check to make sure that your software and your hardware is properly installed. I have not a clue what THIS means...:(

I ve been having this page for like 3 rimes now and whenever I switch it on again I dont see any damages so I dont know what they are trying to tell me.

Aha.

Bad_pool_caller. Thats a blue screen error.

It wouldn't be to do with your graphics card then, or Football Manager infact. You might have bad memory modules. I'd test them using memtest: http://www.memtest.org/download/2.10/memtest86+-2.10.iso.zip

Download it from the above website.

Then unzip it.

Next get a blank cd, and burn it as a iso image. Loads of programs will enable you to burn it as a iso image (such as Deepburner, its free too).

Then, restart your computer. And put the disc in, then just before it boots windows. It'll say boot from cd..? Press any key, and it'll boot.

Then it'll test your memory. :) If it comes back with any errors, tell me.

Thank you! I will test them now but if I do not have enough memory, will i have to face this trouble all the time... what about that web site http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en Is there no point downloading this now? thanks

Its not to do with the amount of memory, you must have faulty memory modules. Which enables the crashing.

^ Forget about that site for the moment. :)
