Demo saved games to full fm2009

Hi

I know that you can use the demo saved games but generally starting a new game is recommended.

However, that aside, what will I gain from starting a new game as opposed to playing the demo saved game. Will the demo saved game eventually pick up the patched stuff?

The disadvantage of continuing the demo save is that you will be stuck with the small database & limited number of leagues. The save will pick up all the patched stuff though
