Help needed desperatly - fm.exe

hello

i have been trying to install/play football manager 2009 for 9 hours no lol - its just not working i have come across many problems but then overcome them. i have registered/activated my game.

i then go a red error message when launching the icon on my desktop but i then installed the new windows framework 2.0.

Now when i launch the icon on my desktop i think its called fm.exe is comes up with an error report - " the programs needs to close, do i want to send an error report"

please can anybody help me on how to finally play the game and overcome this problem!!!

i dont understand why this would fix it or what it does but il give it a go!!!

where do i save these patches and what do i do with them?!?

Save them anywhere you want, but remember where, when it has finished downloading, run the program and click update.

Hi hope someome can help, i only tried the demo and it didnt work, if i buy the game will it work with the patch? will the oatch work with the demo? dont wanna fork out for the game as they dont take it back anymore
