VDVaart
Earlier in another thread a guy was talking about not having to activate the game after buying from steam. Does this mean if i buy from steam that i will not have to go through the soft anchor process?
Butters76
Earlier in another thread a guy was talking about not having to activate the game after buying from steam. Does this mean if i buy from steam that i will not have to go through the soft anchor process? Depends, sometimes it f... up and doesn't register the key for you. But you can just rightclick in the steam panel and chose view cd keys and you get the key and might have to type it in manually or copy/paste it step by step (5x5 numbers/letters). If you are lucky steam is able to register the key automaticly and you will never be asked for a key. I have installed my steam version on both my computers, one was asked for the key, the other was not.
stufair
I bought mine from steam and once installed just started playing no activation no patching. Great way of doing it.
