An idea for expanding on the 'playable leagues' feature

Just a thought I had whilst trying to choose which leagues I want active in my new FM09 save. It seems terribly restrictive to have to choose a limited number of countries/leagues and to be able to play ONLY in those countries. Would it not be much better for the user to select a 'starting league/country' and to then be allowed to apply for jobs/get offered jobs from clubs in other countries, in which case, if the user then moves to that club, the data from that country could then be loaded (basically on an as-required basis). It would lift a great restriction from the game and add to realism.
