Dr.Plimp
I got the game yesterday and installed it, registered it with steam, etc, etc. I now find out that I can get hold of a free copy from a friend who won it but doesnt play it...so having this opportunity I'm gonna have it off him. I wont get it till the end of the week, and was then going to take my copy back and get a refund. I was just wondering, if i start a game and then take my copy back, i would need to de-activate it on my steam account so that I am not using the next owners usage of the games accounts...but would I be able to keep the db and save files and then carry on with my save once I have installed and activated the new copy? thanks
Limited z0
I dont know how correct i am. But the save games goes into your My documents>Sports Interactive> Football manager 2009> Games folder. So you could just take the game file out, put on USB or desktop. And uninstall with your saved game. Limited.
