You will start unemployed with a C.A of 100 and a -10 P.A. I want 20 people at the least maybe 30.

tbf they have PA of -10, i'd be surprised if they went the first transfer market without being signed.

i would say their CA would have to be a certain amount so that they would have some sort of chance, while their PA would be random

so they would have the ability to still scrape a starting place for stockport or something

with a -10 PA they would be world class
but if their CA was 100 and their PA was 0 then their PA would be randomised between 100-200

That might make the results a little incongruous though surely?
Would be better to compare like players across the board to see how they do. Otherwise, you would be comparing a, for example English keeper with a PA of 100 with a Canadian with a PA of 200. Obviously, the latter will far out strip the former, just in club games, let alone international caps. I would recommend giving them a little CA, maybe 70/80 but keeping the PA at 200. That would give more interesting results, plus would keep all involved interested in the proceedings.

If it's a competition kind of thing with point scoring, imo you have to make it 'fair' by making the players the same PA or CA
