Right-clicking widgets/Player reports

I noticed that you can still right click in the tv mode widgets, on players names and it has the same right-click options as elsewhere. A player was injured, and had to be taken off, and so while still in the match I requested a physio report. When the match finished i had a report, with 'no concerns' after clicking continue i got another report saying player would be out for 1 - 2 months.

Is it possible to have the right-click options during the match produce some early feedback (possibly with greater inaccuracy), that appears in the feedback box? The guy i had injured was reported in feedback, but as a knock that could be shaken off - which was from an earlier incident.

edit: last bit wasnt valid, as it was a different player with same surname that was reported on in feedback box.
