Still got the injuries?

My advice is as follows:

1) Cancel a couple of pre-season friendlies and make sure the ones you keep always have a gap of at least four days between them.

2) During pre-season friendlies, make a raft of substitutions at half-time.

3) Early on, keep training schedules light to medium.

4) Try not risk players whose condition is much lower than 90%. As the season gets going, players start to get fitter.

That's the approach I've taken and I've not had too many injuries.
