I've tried using steam and uniloc about 20 times each.

with steam all the folders on program files seem to be empty, but thinking this is probably as they are run through steam. I have authenticated this one, but it won't run

with unilock it doesn't ever ask me for a key

Then I want you to delete your Java and update that

How to Update your version of Java

1. Uninstall any version of Java you have first.

2. Visit this website: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

3. Find the correct version for your Operating system and download/install from here.

Then I want you to make sure your drivers are up to date

How to Update your Graphics Drivers

This depends on your graphics drivers.

Some Computer manufacturers insist you download drivers from their own sites. Please refer to the website of your computer manufacturer before reporting issues with graphics drivers.

Here are the websites of the largest graphics cards and chipset manufacturers:

Nvidia (Gforce/Legacy)

http://www.nvidia.co.uk/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-uk

ATI (Radeon)

http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html

Intel (Onboard Chipsets)

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/

There are other manufacturers of graphics card drivers. If you can not find drivers for these cards they may have been discontinued. Please ask in this case as we may still be able to help.

Now I want you to re-install either from disc or Steam - but only one of these NOT both.

Then try to enter your activation code

See if it works and let me know. Follow the steps exactly as I have written. Thanks.
