Problems with game !!!! Please Reply

I have downloaded the game successfully, but when i click on the game to launch, a box comes up saying ' Preparing To Launch ', but then it does nothing.....absolutley nothing, therefore i cannot play the game. I previously had the message about ' graphic problems ' but i have now sorted that out only to get another problem. I am getting really annoyed with all these different problems for this game, and i would appriciete any help......please reply. thanks.
