How do I get a new key?

When I try to register the game I get the "Unable to process your unlock request. To receive a new key please visit www.sigames.com"

So what do I have to to do to get one?

Someone had just PM'd me. Asking me to send him my key. Is this a good idea? He's only posted like 6 times on the forum. No offence to the guy that sent me the PM btw.

I got that message about 10 times last night just keep going back and trying again,it seems just to be a fault on there side,dont worry too much

Fix: This indicates that the server is busy and has been unable to fulfill your request, please do keep trying, it will authenticate.

No do not send him your key!!! your key is valid and you should report that guy to a mod.

Don't do that. Just try it again and again, it will work...

I suppose it is possible that some keys have been activated by mistake by someone mis-entering their key or by fraudantly doing it. Meaning, it will never activate.

The chance that this happend is very very small. And even than - there are 5 activations for every key.

Going on passed experience, and seeing the amount of activation problems it doesn't surprise me, best bet is to contact the number on the box for telephone activation and explain it to them, it might be a case of you faxing the box with the serial of to them to prove it's a bought version real pain in the you know what, been there done that before.

No, it only uses that sort of language because SoftAnchor's makers couldn't be bothered to customise their front-end to FM (in which there is no "free trial" to have "EXPIRED", for example...). Terrible company, will surely never be used again by SI.

Good job I asked on here about that guy. The error code was 51 I think.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and I still get the same message when I try to activate it, anyone got any ideas?

I've tried everything on that link and i'm still getting the same message, I don't think i'm ever going to be able to play it.

At this point I would either submit this in the bug forum or just pm a mod,tbh I would go with the pm mod and get them to sort it out,I am sure they will try there best so give that a go.
