wfc
am i the only one who hates the way player ratings are done as 7.1, for example, instaed of 7. one number is good. with an extra (needless) decimal place it is harder to just skim the player ratings at the end of a match and takes longer to carry out a process that should be made simple. SI are trying to fix a problem that does not exist!
iamweesel
No,it tells me more about how a player is performing
Matt SFC
It annoys me how the players rating changes after they have left the pitch.
Mike7077
I don't mind the new system. But I do sometimes think the ratings have become very harsh.

Thrasher
It annoys me how the players rating changes after they have left the pitch. Yeah, my AMC got hurt after 15 minutes, subbed out at rating 6.7, but at the final whistle he was 5.7... :/ And we won...

IIRC, a players rating is not only based on how well he played but how well he played compared to the rest of the team, so as he was only on the pitch for 15 minutes, he is deemed not to have played as well as the other players who played well for 90 or so minutes

Granted, as you say, it isn't his fault but at the end of the day, he simply was not on the pitch to keep his rating up and while this may seem harsh as he only went off through injury, the fact remains that he did not contribute as much as the players who played the whole game
