BFCFan
Usually in an order, such-as fitness first, then average rating, with strikers though it'll be the goals they've scored etc etc.
JRHaggs
Personally, I know which players I consider good enough for the first team. Among them, I sort by form and then make sure that no starter has less than 90% fatigue. Simple as that for league games, for me. For cup matches, I try to put the absolute best 11 on the field. That includes out of form stars. I feel like stars perform well in the spotlight even if they've been struggling.
Mravac Kid
I mostly pay attention to the fitness level. I try to keep it above 95% in all cases. I usually just let the assistant choose, and then double-check his selection. And if the match is of lesser importance, or against a weak team, I tend to put in some players who are lacking match practice or are low in morale, as the probable good result will improve them. cimbom89
i usually look at the fitness and I know more or less who to play in the starting line up anyway. I usually dont play a player if they have got a rubbish form, so I give a youngster a chance in their place.
