This is the only game I play and first time I've bought it in a few seasons so have no idea what this Steam thing is. 1) I have bought the boxed game and installed via Steam. How do I know if a patch (i.e. the first patch which has just been released) is installed/downloaded as Steam is supposed to do so automatically but I'm not sure how to check whether it has? 2) Am I able to have a FM09 desktop icon rather than a Steam logo one (icon says Football Manager but has the Steam logo)? 3) Do I need to be online to play the game?
