craigcwwe Posted November 15, 2008 Share Posted November 15, 2008 hi like so many other people ive been having problems with the installation so i decided to unistall fm09 and steam (useless) but i keep getting the ``error 1306. another application has exclusive access to rhe file. `c:/programfiles/steam/steamapps/winui.gcf`. please shut down all other applications and then retry.
