Where is FM Editor?

Just downloaded the game this minute through STEAM. Now im very new to Steam and i think im missing the editor. How do i find it, where should it be?

Go to Program Files, then Steam.

Select steamapps, common, then football manager 2009.

Here you will find a folder called 'tools' - here is your data editor.

(ie. C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\football manager 2009\tools\data editor)

Yes it works. Just tried it. Nice.

Ive used the editor, the only problem is when i use future transfers, It doesnt work when i start the games, those players i had on future transfers still end up with my club, can some one help me on this please???
