mikedapom Posted November 15, 2008 Share Posted November 15, 2008 Hi, is anyone else having a problem where the screen flickers every 10 secs or so while processing I know this is minor in comparison to the problems some people are having but its still irritating and starts to send your eyes a bit batty. If that doesn't help, best bet is to update your graphics cards: How to Update your Graphics Drivers This depends on your graphics drivers. Some Computer manufacturers insist you download drivers from their own sites. Please refer to the website of your computer manufacturer before reporting issues with graphics drivers. Here are the websites of the largest graphics cards and chipset manufacturers: Nvidia (Gforce/Legacy) http://www.nvidia.co.uk/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-uk ATI (Radeon) http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html Intel (Onboard Chipsets) http://downloadcenter.intel.com/ There are other manufacturers of graphics card drivers. If you can not find drivers for these cards they may have been discontinued. Please ask in this case as we may still be able to help. Let me know how you get on. Thanks. oufcfan Posted November 16, 2008 Share Posted November 16, 2008 i have now sorted this out by re-installing fm09 and then not adding the patch. seems to work fine now. i can only assume that the problem was caused by something that had been done in the 9.1.0 patch and would rather continue playing without it than put up with the glitchy 3d and constant flickering that only happens after installing it Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
