Kits not showing

It isn't a major problem and I didn't think it would bother me but there are no kits showing during the game, maybe that is how it is supposed to be instead of the format of the last few years? But when i go to club information there is a square box of black and white static like movement! How do i fix this?

Sorry this is the second time Ihave posted this but I am lookin to fix it before I ztart a new game and I want to start a new game soon so I am looking for an answer!
