Help please!

So iv installed it, activated code no problem, get on the game to find an annoying line splitting up the page whilst flashing every so often, no pictures of the players in there player profiles, unable to upload a manager picture and no 3D option in game mode. Anyone else had this problem and how do I sort it? This has gotta be one of the worst games Iv ever bought, especially as u have to have the internet to activate it, not a problem for myself but what if others dont have it and cant even see these forums? Its a joke.
