Brads-Wigan
Hi all.. just wondering what exactly is steam because i have never herd off it before I bought the boxed version of FM 09 and installed it via steam so that it would automatically update the game, after hours off trouble activating it, i finally got it to work at 2 this morn The game works now, but i have to have steam running in the background when i am playing FM 09, also there is no sign of the game actually installed on my hard drive because in my programmes under 'Sports Interactive' there is no FM 09, yet there is my documents under 'Sports Interative' Also there is know shortcut on my desktop where i can just click and FM starts to play Hope this makes sense
jungli5t
Steam is a "content delivery" that keeps it automaticaly up to date. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steam_(content_delivery) Look in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\football manager 2009 for the files
