Archiebald Posted November 15, 2008 Share Posted November 15, 2008 i have 'installed' the game on my pc but it says the installation has been completed with some problems - check the installation log. but where is the installation log? when i try and start the game i get an error message saying 'this application has failed to start because d3dx9_37.dll' at no point have i been asked to enter the antivation keycode code - could this be the problem? do i need to do that online somewhere. when i chose 'steam' absolutely nothing happened so i 'installed' via the other route. this is all so damn frustrating! any help greatly appreciated.
