Their goal differences are also equal but El Salvador have scored more goals than the other two. so they get first place. Jamiaca and T&T have equal goals scored so it goes down to the results, but at the bottom you can see that T&T beat Jamaica 1-0. Even if you consider that Jamaica beat El Salvador who beat T&T, that would surely be cancelled out by T&T beating Jamaica (also they are the only fixtures in the group anyway).
