In the text prompt box that appears type “dxdiag” and click ok. 4. Once the dxdiag program has finished scanning your machine click “Save All Information” save this to a place you will remember (a text file called 'DxDiag' by default). 5. Copy and past everything from 'System Information' to 'Display Devices' Wndows Vista 1. Click on “Start” 2. Click inside the search box 3. In the search box type “dxdiag” and click ok. 4.
