U cheeky Bas***d

Recommended Posts

i spotted a thread on here called SI, Jacobson a disgrace and so on. Some chap moaning....as if he even has a right to moan.

U have 2 options:

1. U keep the game and appreciate it like the rest of us.

2. U dont appreciate the game so therefore u take it back and get ur money back and look for something that u will appreciate. perhaps a stress ball or punching bag.

its really simple when u break it down.

Unfortunately once you have opened and tried installing the games taking it back to some places is not an option!!

There is a means of making a complaint. U do it respectfully and in a sensible manner. U dont tell ppl they are a disgrace. And as for getting ur money back, its against the law not to be able to get it back if u have a receipt and u havent damaged the product it. If they refuse u then u are been ripped of and need to stand up for urself alittle bit.

the sale of goods act doesn't cover you in this instance. any purchases made in the uk are subject to the seller's own returns policy. if this is an advertised policy then it's legally binding. even most advertised policies have a get-out clause ("we reserve the right to, in our judgement, refuse any refund...")

the sale of goods act covers you against faulty or misdescribed goods. because everything on the physical item you bought (the disk), there is no obligation (apart from a moral one) to do anything.

nah fair play to GAME or any retail, it is fair that they cant accept a return.
