Buying the game in Germany (Steam?)

Hello.

Thought I would download the game from steam, however it does say that it is not available in my reigon (I love in Germany) any ideas on a way around that?

Also is there a list of stores that may sell the game, as if I cant get it through Steam then will go to the shops tomorrow.
