Bug Report - FM 2009 Crashes To Desktop

Hi, finally got past the activation (however i have to delete the certificate directory if i want to restart the game and enter in the activation code again)

Got to the screen where i get to choose a manager name and FM crashed to the desktop and displayed an error box. started up again and got a little further, managed to save the game after it loaded, then i ws in the tactics screen iand it crashed again giving me an error code i will paste the details of the error report below;

Now when i try to start the game, i get error 703 and that i need a new key. What happened?
