We're sorry but this installation of Football Manager 2009 Certificate could not be activated for the following reason: The application was unable to connect to the Internet. schmizzles Posted November 14, 2008 Share Posted November 14, 2008 Having previously tried the STEAM method and getting past the activation code bit, I uninstalled it and am now trying to install it through the normal process. When I proceed for online activation I get this message - "This unlock key is already active.
