ZiqXx
Should I buy and download off Steam or should I find a hard copy somewhere ? What do you guys think, any pros and cons ?
Neji
There isn't really any pro's to Steam that aren't there from a hard copy, except for not having to leave the house I always prefer to have the box in hand.
DB1
I would go hard copy. validate with uniloc and ptach old school through a mirror. quick and easy. Steam was so much hassle. had hard copy. ages to update through steam and it was annoying me. so just went old school. i also like to have a copy on the side. I agree, plus you've got the instruction booklet to browse as you install / activate

chris222
i used the boxed version and had no probs downloading patch its taking ages 3 hrs left
Daze
I got the boxed version to add to my colleaction of all games since CM2. the CD still has 3gb info on it so if you haven't got all day to download the game & patch I'd get the box. In fact, apart from the leaving the house thing there is no benefit to STEAM... You can wipe that out by ordering it online anyway.
