I know obviously the better the coaches the more a youth player will progress (facilities dependant) but does bringing in other good youth players help the overall youth development if you get what I mean? say you bought in a top notch 16 year old in to a team of average youth players would he progress at the same rate as a player bought in to a youth team of superstars even if the youth facilities and coaches were the same?
