Go to Scouting, Assignments, click on one of your scouts, set a new assignment and the next opposition is one of the options in the drop down menu. P.S Ignore the other juvenile answer. To the OP click on squad list, then click on scouting, you will find the option for assignmemts, at the bottom you will see an option to add new assignments.
