hawk66 Posted November 6, 2008 Share Posted November 6, 2008 I'm not sure, if this was discussed before, but at least I've tried the search function : I think (and this also true for FM08) that the goalkeepers tend to shoot the ball too long and they rarely seem to throw the ball to a teammate. schweddy Posted November 7, 2008 Share Posted November 7, 2008 I have noticed that when my goalkeepers clear the ball, the kicks hardly ever find my players. hawk66 Posted November 7, 2008 Author Share Posted November 7, 2008 I'm currently running a match between Plymouth and Luton and the goalkeeper shoot a long ball almost every time...it is not uncommon, that the other goalkeeper catches that ball and shoot it back and vice versa two times ! (with a very small interaction by a field player) I would appreciate, if SI could have a look at this issue...perhaps just a minor tweak in the match engine?
