Is It Worth Starting A Proper Game With The Demo ?

Hi All, I've been fiddleing around with the Demo for a few days and wondered if its worth starting what will probably be the 1 game I play till 2010 comes out now ? I beleive that after my 6month demo period I'll be able to use my save game when the full game comes out but will I still be able to continue with my saved game when I have installed the release day patch or will I have to start a new game for the patch to take effect ?

It is if you only want to have one country active. If you like having the top multiple leagues then worth the wait.

Patches should be save compatible but they always recommend to restart a new game.

I suggest you start afresh when you get the full game as you can make the most out of more leagues and a bigger database

You can continue after you install the patch, but you have to remember that the demo quickstarts are small database games with only one league active. It certainly wouldn't be worth it for me, I only use the demo to see the new features and to test tactics.

I wouldn't bother, myself. will be staring a new game with the new disc. dunno why, just me.

I never usually start a proper game with the demo and this year its not worth it even more than usual as the patch will be coming out straight away. But it's totally your choice.
