I don't like the 90% faded version of the picture that isused as a background in the game.

I think he was used for the spanish cover. The UK cover was different.

I was being tongue-in-cheek. But I don't see why the lack of black managers in the English top flight should necessarily be a reason for SI not to but a black manager on the front cover of the game.
