Info windows in 3d mode

I play the game in windowed mode and always want to see the match stats as well as my players' ratings. If I open these 2 windows I would say about 1/3 of the match screen is gone and watching the game is not really possible all that well anymore. Is there a way to change sizes of these windows? Only had a quick try last night and didn't find a way.

In 08 I used to have split screen with ratings / match stats with key highlights on.

Would it work better in fullscreen mode? Due to various reasons fullscreen is not really much of an option though, other than on rare occasions.
