Update

Just a question , ive downloaded the latest patch for football manager 08 (8.0.2) and its now downloading through utorrent , what do i do when its downloaded

It's a .exe so close the game, and run the update. When it's finished, close the update and you can keep playing.

I wont be playing it at the time , so i just run the update and it'll automatically update my football manager , so when i go to play it , it'll be sorted , that right ?

It should be in your 'downloads' folder if you have one, in 'my documents'. Just double click on it and it's just like installing any other program.

yeh i have a downloads folder , but i mean is once ive ran it , do i just start up football manager like normal or to play fm do i have to run something else first evry time ?

Once you have run the exe you don't need to worry about it again. Your game will be uptodate all the time.

when you make a new game, it will ask you to select the database - if you want an updated database with transfers from the January window, select the "8.0.2 database". otherwise use the "normal" database.
