Forward Runs Arrows?

So, the arrows no longer represent players moving into certain positions when for example in possession?

I have also noticed that when you select players to do forward runs regularly, the arrows appears automatically which is fine. However, if you right click and take away that arrow, the forward run slider in tactics screen still is fixed to regular runs and doesn't alter the way it does opposite. So there is no arrow, but still runs are showing on the slider? No big deal, maybe a glitch? Is the player still gonna get forward despite slider saying yes but no arrow?

I think the slider will go to the right value when you refresh the screen.

And yeah the arrows now only represent forward runs.
