Direct X - FM09 Demo

I've tried to install the FM09 Demo, it then asks me to install Direct X. I accept the policy and then it starts to initialize and then the following message appears:

An internal system error occured.

Please refer to DXerror.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine problem.

I do this and then when looking through the DirectX.log I see this:

So then I try to play the FM demo and it won't because of the above problem. If this means I cannot play the demo I guess I cannot play the full version? Can someone clarify this to me because reading about all the problems as I was installing are enough to put me off, but this could just end my relationship with FM. The laptop I am currently using was bought in May/June for £400 with 2GB of RAM a graphics card able to play the other games I play on here and 360GB of memory so there's no problem with the specs.

I don't know if this should be in the bugs forum so if needs be I will re-post in there.

I have the same problem and have no idea what to do. Shall I install Direct X from another source? Is no one else having this problem? Please help!

Is this with Direct X Web Installer?

If so try downloading Direct X seperately and then run it, just as a suggestion.

4th Bug problem its there

When I install DirectX from the link does it need to go anywhere in particular? Currently have it in my Documents but the demo is still not working :/

Yes create a new folder named Direct X on the desktop or My Documents and extract all the files into the new folder, it will ask you where you want to extract the files to, extract them to this new folder. When done open the folder and find DX Setup (iirc) and follow the instructions, only takes a couple of secs, once done click on the FM logo and you should be fine.
