09 demo - 2 letters when i only pressed the key once

anybody else have this or know how i can fix it? i type a letter only once but it always always makes it appear twice, i end up having to press the backspace button everytime i press a key.

if you don't understand what i mean, an e.g would be, when i tried to type 'ronaldo' it would end up saying 'rroonnaallddoo'.

anybody?
