That's because the technical support people are not checking general questions, but are checking technical support. I was trying to help. I do not have the answer to your question, otherwise I would have given it. It's worth you looking in the tech support forum to see if anyone else has described the same issue as you to see if the answer has already been identified, and also see the kind of information that others are providing that will help us identify the issue that you are having.
